The Bristol Royal Hospital for Children provides vital paediatric services to the families across the South West and in some cases, nationwide. As well as having a Children’s Emergency Department, the hospital is home to the Regional Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), looking after critically ill babies and children up to the age of 16. Throughout the hospital you will find a variety of wards that cater for patients with varying needs, but also look out for the numerous playrooms and the specialist play team!
