We’re throwing open our doors (virtually) for you to find out more about our Trust, about the nurturing environment that we’ve created for those just setting out on their nursing journey, and those who are not quite sure what the next step in their career might be. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions on the day. This information event has been designed specifically for:

  • Student nurses who are about to qualify in the UK
  • Experienced NMC registered nurses looking for the next step in their career

NURSING AT UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS BRISTOL AND WESTON NHS FOUNDATION TRUST

Our nurses are truly the life blood of our trust, and we take great pride in what we have to offer in terms of training, support, and development. As part of our family, newly qualified nurses can count on our ‘ease of transfer internal movement programme’ to help them settle into the Trust, not to mention on-going, professional in-house development with the potential to work with international specialities. Newly qualified nurses will benefit from our renowned 12-month preceptorship programme.

We’re looking for nurses who inspire others and who work harder because they want to, not because they have to. We’ll give you the tools and support you need, but you’ll be in full control of your learning and development. Our experienced nurses know why they chose to begin their career progression journey here, join us and find out your reason why.
