Culture in Weston
Join us in Weston and you will become part of a close-knit team of talented professionals that will quickly feel like an extended family. It’s not the biggest hospital, so you can be a bigger part of it. This means we get to see each other a lot more than in larger Trusts, and people often build strong friendships with their colleagues inside and outside of work.
